Why is my Releases/Versions list empty?

Why does my JIRA project releases/versions page show nothing? I've created versions in the past, and I have JIRAs with associated versions, so I'm confused why this list is empty.

In my case, I'm actually running into a known bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-61511

I'm having this same problem.  It was working last week.. 

In my case uBlocker Origin for Chrome was blocking the versions list.  Disabling it resolved the problem.
