Why certain users can't edit due date field?

Due date is on edit screen but just some users can view/edit it, why?

Any suggestion?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

check Schedule Issue permission in your project permission scheme. This permission is necessary to manage due date field. Take a look to this url https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/schedule-an-issue/
