Would I be able to include data from a subtask of an issue in a template?

Issue Key - Issue Name

Issue Date

Subtask key1 - Subtask Summary1

Subtask key2 - Subtask Summary2

etc

There is no native way to do it. However, there are plugins that may help you to create subtasks in a postfuntion to creation of a main task
