ScrumBoard, active sprints view: flagged parent level issues are marked with FLAGGED badge, not icon

Hi!

If I open a ScrumBoard, go to Active Sprints view, then parent-level flagged issues should be market with the usual FLAG icon, instead of the currently used FLAGGED badge. This would be more consistent.

What do you think?
