Parent ticket creates multiple sub-tasks that require approvals. 3 levels of approval.

You'll need an add-on that can create the sub-tasks.

You can implement many-approval workflows without add-ons but they won't look at sub-tasks (of course, you can use them for sub-tasks, but they won't touch the parent)
