Hi,

I have 4 boards in my project.

I have to make one of the boards as a primary board of the project.

Please provide solutions how can i do this.

Thanks,

Krithica

To my knowledge, this isn't possible, at least without any add-ons or custom code.

As a general rule of thumb, JIRA usually navigates you to the last thing you were viewing. Some examples:

  • If you return to a project that has multiple boards, you'll see the last board you looked at.
  • When logging into JIRA, you'll visit the most recent dashboard you viewed.
  • When returning to the issue navigator, you'll return to the most recent search you completed during your current login session.

My suggestion as a workaround is to ask your project team to save the specific board you want as the "primary" board as a bookmark within their browsers. It's the easiest way for them to navigate to the board you want them to treat as primary.
