I was asked to migrate Jira Service Desk from 7.10 to 7.11.
Everything seems to work but when I start the new version, the sidebar (of f.e. service desk project) doesn't contain the sidebar shortcuts/icons that show up in the old version (Customers, Reports, etc).
When I look at the service desk icon, in the old version there's a little green screen in the icon, but this is not visible in the new version.
Can anyone tell me what this means?
