Disabling Messages Functionality In order to get the messages to display, Script Runner needs to poll the server any time a screen panel is refreshed. This is a very lightweight operation, and shouldn't cause any performance impact. However, if you want to disable it you can find the Script Runner plugin module: Displays messages to the user generated from script workflow functions (userMessageUtil), and click Disable.
