  • In my workflow I have multiple categories with done status, but when an issue is in category with done status it is not showing up in my analytics. Is it cause of multiple categories with same status?

It is likely that entering one (or more) of those the green statuses (statusCategory = Done) a resolution is set, either manually or automatically.

JIRA considers issues as open if they lack a resolution value, and as closed if they have a resolution set.

With that consideration in mind, many of the built-in gadgets and reports are configured to show just open (unresolved) issues.

In some of those gadgets, you can edit the filter which feeds it by removing '... AND Resolution is not EMPTY' from its JQL sentence.

Hope this helps.
