How to reference part of a screenshot?

I'm trying to reference parts of images with an arrow/bubble (like in this image from the Confluence guide). Trying to avoid editing the images before uploading as I may need to change the numbering as I build out the guideCapture.JPG

Hi @Kristen McEneaney,

This is not possible out of the box.

You need to bring your image into a third party app macro and reference it on there.  Gliffy is a good one to look at.
