How to integrate jira in my site

Hi,

I am new to Jira. I want to integrate Jira in our company site.

I have gone through the work-flow for Atlassian Connect, REST-API, and Webhooks but I am not able to get proper guidelines.
In my project I want to put a link and by clicking this link, it will navigate to Jira create/modify a issue and in the response, it should send the issue details back which can be used for future referrence.

Please help to solve this out.

Thanks.

Thanks Karim for your valuable reply.

it really worth for me.

Can you suggest me from my Java application how can I know the specific tasks and projects assgned to the specific user logged in ?

Thanks

Use the REST interface to query JIRA for that information - see https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/jira-rest-apis/jira-rest-api-tutorials/jira-rest-api-example-query-issues as a starting point (lots more docs are in that tree, I just start with the tutorial because you can see how it works immediately from them)

Hi Nic thanks for your valueable information.

I have tried the JIRA REST Java Client( JRJC )

Great !!!

Thanks.
