How to handle multiple scrum team on single project

Hello,

I am new to JIRA. I explain my question

I have one project on which 3 different teams are working eg. IPhone, Android, Server

We have Sprint 1 for 2 weeks (means 80 hrs) that have task same tasks for Android and IPhone

API's task for Server to related task assigned to Mobile Team

In Total in have 80*3 = 240 hrs for whole estimate

But now in JIRA if i give 240 hrs then its wrong because my Sprint is of only 2 weeks means 80hrs.

I gave 80 hrs to Android, 80 hrs to IOS, 80 hrs to server

Please suggest and guide me on this.

Thanks

That's why it's better to use Story points for estimation, because even though you have same tasks but different teams are working on it (Android, iOS) as the final work is for 2 different platforms thus the efforts of both the teams should counted towards the final burndown. My suggestion is to move to story points instead of hours. Maybe some Agile coaches on this forum can share their opinion as well.
