How to display Account Field on New Issue View Screen?

We have tempo integration, currently setup to display tempo account on the create / edit issue screen views in the old (pre August 2018) issue view.


In the new version, we are unable to view on the issue screen.  When I navigate to the settings / configure screen within the project settings it still shows the Account field is included in the field set for that screen.

 

Please advise if there is a way to display Account in the *new* JIRA view.  Its critical to our business process this field is editable and displayed.

Hi Jon, 

Assume you are using Jira Cloud - is that correct? There is an open feature request: JRACLOUD-69937 for this functionality to be added, however, it's not currently possible. Please vote/watch the request so you express interested and stay informed on the progress.

Any progress on this?  This issue really needs to be addressed as it causes inconsistency in reporting.
