How i change the status of issue again after done?

I want to change the status of my issue after the click on the done. but now i want to change the status of my issue is inprogress because no status mark is not showing  in the project issue screen.

It sounds like you have not got the permission to use the transition from done to in-progress.  Check that the workflow has the transition you need and then (as an admin) check the conditions on it to see if your account matches the rules.
