How do we split the issue key to get just the digits?

My task is to update a custom field - 500 + issuekey(only the digits).

I am able to do it using Copy parsed field post function but it gives the entire issue key.

How can i go forward?

You have to write the groovy script on post function which will take the only digit from the issue key and update custom field
