History Report

Is there a way to report on the date a ticket moved from one status to another?  For example, the date the ticket was created, the date the ticket was assigned, the date the ticket was moved to "in-progress", and the date the ticket was resolved/closed.

Hi,

you can have a look at our free add-on Status History - it shows how statuses changed on particular issue - more details here.

If you need to have report or find some data for analysis, you can also check Status History PRO and its special viewer.
