Getting error "username and passoword incorrect" even using correct creadentials

Getting error "username and passoword incorrect" even using correct creadentials

While login to JIRA with right username and credentials getting error "username and password is wrong"

Note:I found in logs : On his name as shown in below

tried to login but they do not have USE permission or weren't found. deleting remember me cookies

please suggest on the this.

Answer: User Account has been locked in LDAP Directory

Yes ,he is there ,till Friday it was good,today he got this issues

check user is in jira-users permission group in systems -->global permissions group
