Folder creation in cycle

I have Functional cycle, I need to create folders under this (login , Order placement, Payment...etc.,) how can i create and maintain pertain testcases in those folders? I need folder wise report too :(

"Folders" is not a relevant concept to JIRA.  It's an issue tracker, not a filing system.  But we can try to do something to help you with organising things

How are you storing your test cases in JIRA?
