I have changed the order of the fields in the screen settings for a project, but the field orders when I open an issue does not match.
For example if I would set the order

Actually, this is a bug from the new issue view and it is already being tracked over here:
Just to give you some context, the new issue view is still in a beta version, which means we're still working on its features and, for now, this is one of the missing functionalities. :(
