Hi! Is it possible to create a notification scheme which will react on a particular word in the text or name of an issue?

No. Notification schemes are driven by the events fired during transactions or actions like editing or assigning. You may be able to use a listener or script to determine what event to fire or send a separate email. I don't use them so I don't know.
