We are experiencing some issues with JIRA as it is not showing our replies that we are posting to the JIRA Ticket.
I check the activity. I didn't see any activity either.
Do you know some reasons for this issue?
Hello Shawn, we cannot certainly tell what could be the issue here as we don't have access to the logs on cloud. So, I would recommend you open a support ticket with Atlassian if you keep seeing this issue and if it's affecting larger user base.
