Can you create a backup while users are accessing the tool?

Need to create a backup and have not set up any scheduled backups yet. Can one take a backup of your instance whilst your agents are using it?

Hello,

Yes, you can take a backup while users are working.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Awesome. I was just worried some processes or ticket access will be stopped while i do that.
