Automation rule sometimes not triggered

I have automation rule set for "Chasing with customer",This rule transitions issues waiting for customer after three business days.

I dont know why its not running every time,even i could not find error log as well

I am using "Automation Lite for Jira-Version:6.0.25"

 

Any recommendation to correct it/improve it.automation.PNG

Hi Amit - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What does it say when you look at the Audit log for the rule? 

So does the rule NEVER run now? Or just in some cases?

Thanks for quick update John,

I can see audit log some are success but there are some issue which are not triggered but did not see failure log as well.

I think you will probably need to hope a support ticket with Atlassian as they can see into your system to see why some do not fire. You will need to provide them with an example or two of issue keys that should have fired but didn't.
