We have an issue with attachements plugin on single specific project. When user adds an attachment it is not displayed on issue page. Atachments block stays hidden. Is this a known issue? How can we fix it?
What attachments plugin is this? You will want to check the permissions for the user and the attachment add-on itself may have permissions of it's own that need to be setup.
If this is in regards to Service Desk, there is an older bug you may be running into that you can find at JSDSERVER-43 that provides a work around. Review the description and see if that matches your issue.
