i did some changes to one of the workflows i had. i did publish it by mistake without knowing the consequences of implementing those changes. i made an export option. but, it doesn't seem to be working at all. is there any way that i can undo changes to a certain workflow. even tho some time has passed on those changes ?
thanks
Hi @ahmed.i
If you updated the existing workflow, you should have been asked whether you wanted to save a backup copy. If you did, you could just set that as the current workflow instead. (The backup will be among inactive workflows, under the name you set.) If you didn't, I'm not sure there is a way.
You are right, there's no "undo". You either have to remember what you changed and re-implement the old one, or tick the "backup" option when saving changes and re-apply the backup.
