Hi,
We are using TTSLA, and when updating the workflow or renaming it TTSLA looses the workflow and I have to re-assign all the SLAs to the correct workflow,
is there a best practice to keep it?
thanks a lot
best regards
adrien K
Hi Adrien,
If you click on cog icon in SLA config page, you should see "Move" link.
You can switch workflows using this "Move" link.

Hi Adrien,
Did my comment fix your issue?

Well, how do I enable one counter for two or more workflows?
They share start and end status, but are different workflows. I can only select one WF from the "Move" dropdown. Thats bad.

Hello @Frank Peter
You can use All Workflows rather than specifying separate workflows.
