Workload pie charts or reports by users logging time and not assignees?

Sometimes a user will be logging time on an issue with a different user as the assignee. I'd like to be able to take this into account in a workload pie chart on a dashboard but when doing it by assignee, the assignee comes up as having spent time on an issue that other users have actually logged.

Does a workload pie chart or other dashboard gadget or report exist that shows time logged by each user on different issues, irrespective of their assignees?

I don't believe you can create a workload pie chart (or any other pie chart) in Jira using a "logged time" metric.

Most of the built-in charting (in both Jira and Confluence) limits the axes to be (multi)select fields, not numeric fields. You're wanting to use the "𝚺 Time Spent" field, which is a built-in computed numeric field.

To do this, you'll need to explore add-ons in the Marketplace, to find something that meets your needs. There appear to be a few free add-ons that might meet your needs.
