Why user added as a Developer cannot access JIRA?

Added a new user to a Project in JIRA but that user cannot access the Project user their user name and password

Hi @Mark King 

Many possibilities.

  • Check whether the user is part of jira-users group or the jira-core application access group set up in your instance. 
  • Check whether the user has a captcha lock on the account
  • Check whether the user uses correct credentials.
