What is the best way to save/export a project with no issues?

I'm building a project in my dev environment. I need to save what i've built (custom fields, workflows, Issue types, screen schemes etc) so it's not lost when the dev environment is rebooted. The project has no issues. I'm used to exporting via CSV but i don't think that will save what i've built. Any suggestion on how to save 2 months of work being lost will be greatly appreciated!
