Unable to close my tickets

every time I click on "Close" there is an error message "Attention: This field is required
It seems that yoy have tired to perform an illegal operation
if you think you shouldn't get this message, please conact your Jira admonistrators."

There is a validator on the transition you are trying to use, it is checking that a field is filled or empty and returning the "attention" message when the field is not filled in.

You'll either need to fill in the field, or get the administrators to update or remove the validator from the transition.
