Trouble searching multiline text field with long string
I have a multiline text field called command with the Wiki renderer turned on that contains command line strings with base64 encoded data. I am able to successfully search using command ~ "foo.exe /-foo /-foo" which returns all fields with that pattern. But when I add the base64 encoded string to the end of the query string it returns no records. I created an issue with a shortened string for ease of troubleshooting. Here's the query that fails to find the record.
