Transition Trigger - Bitbucket Pull Request Actions

Jeff Gardner
December 14, 2016

I set up transition triggers to move my JIRA issues through the workflow based on certain events in Bitbucket–specifically pull request created and pull request merged. This seems to work but issue doesn't get updated until a while after the action occurs in Bitbucket. Is there a way to configure so the update occurs immediately, or if not, how exactly does the Jira-Bitbucket integration work and with what timing?

Likely an issue with your token permission OR if it's not possible to elevate the permissions of the account, add a webhook.
