Is there any limit of the total size of files attached in Jira Service Desk ?

Thank you

@Silviya Markova The default attachment size for server is usually 10MB (unless it has been changed). You can check the size limits as well as make adjustments by following the instructions in this article:

Sorry, may be I haven't created my question correctly. I'm wondering not for  the size of a single attachment, but if there is a size limit of the overall size of the attached files.

The only limit to the total size of all attachments that I have seen is available space on the server.

Thank you, Could we expect that having many attachments will decrease the performance of the system?

It shouldn't unless you use up all the free disk space on the server. The real impact of a large amount of attachments will come when backing up jira our syncing the data if you use more than one server environment in a prod - dev type configuration.

Thank you very much!
