Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException

Dears, 

I have Jira installed on Centos 7 .   

and Active Directory Windows 2016. 

I need to activate over SSL connection between them, 

After, I created the CA Certificate and Import in into Jira. and trying to connect through SSL 

I go the below Massage :

Connection test failed. Response from the server:
AD:636; nested exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: AD:636 [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative names matching IP address AD IP found]
