I would like to customize the "Feedback" form in Jira's Issue Collector. It seems I can only change some high-level cosmetic features. How do I also
(1) change the wording next to a field? e.g. to things like "Who are the Business Users" and "What is the current solution?" instead of "What do you Like?" and "What needs to be improved?"
(2) add fields so there are more than the two defauls ones?
