the plugin doesn't work on ipad

I run the plugin on the iPad. Gives information:
It looks like the developer has not yet completed the built - in features of the app. How to solve the problem?

As many as you need.  The licence only counts "can log into application", so you could have all 15 agents be admins too.

But the usual recommendation is to have at least 2 admins and a max of 10 for a very large installation of JIRA

i think that you can have as many administrators as JIRA licenses (core, sd and software)
