The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable

We're getting this error when managing apps:

The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. To avoid problems when loading this page, you can disable the connection to the Marketplace server.

We followed the suggestions here with no success:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/problems-connecting-to-the-atlassian-marketplace-273875718.html

We've verified connnectivity to both using a browser from within the server:

pings fail but that's the same behavior I get from other internet connections that I have.

We've tried adding the outgoing proxy settings on the service, we've also tried manually adding the marketplace SSL cert using portecle on the server.

Base URL is correct, we've restarted the app, we've restarted the server as well.

One thing to note is that we haven't used the installation in a few months and I just upgraded it to 8.8 yesterday. I did not check if the previous version had the issue of not being able to connect to the marketplace.

we're on a windows server, if that helps.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

Your are using the right type of customfield.

This plugin provide statics for the first level option only:

"Multi level" statistic is available since JIRA 6.1 (see JRA-6411 ) :

As shown above, depending on your data you have to chose statistics that match the wanted view. ie: you can not have "first level only" statistic in one gadget and "multi level" in another one.

Best regard,

Marc
