How to change color of custom field

Show Status in Backlog for JIRA Server 7.4 ?

Hi Community!

In JIRA Server 7.4, is it possible to configure the Backlog view to show different columns? In particular, I want to show status in this view. This is so we can clearly see what stories are 'Ready' in the backlog when we're doing backlog refinement and sprint planning.

I've got a workaround for moment which is a custom search, but it would be nice if the OOTB backlog view could be configured.

I tried these plugins but it doesn't correspond of my need because it create a new customfield with a color box.

I need to define a script or something else to detect when the value of customfield VIP User is "VIP" to change the background color or the font color of this customfiel.
