Ticket displaying complete

Hi 

When I move my tickets to done status - after completion, and then move it back to in progress the ticket crosses out as done

 

How do I change this settings?

You need to check with the agents what they're doing and why they're reopening it.

If the response is almost instant though, it would suggest a misconfigured "automation", or possibly a broken workflow.

Either way, you need to talk to your SD agents and probably your JIRA admins too.
