All Open Queues can't change status

So we can usually change the status of an issue in service desk all open queues. It has stopped working. I know I had this issue ones before and I can't remember what I did to fix it. Anyone else got an idea of what would calls this.

Hi Matthias, 

thanks for you response.

However, it is not working . When the user uses the link that is sent in the mail , you get an error message :
