Is lookup issues support Jira server

I just want to ask if I can use lookup issues in jira server? or any alternative?

Hi Irina,

It is not possible to enable particular fields for particular user only in JIRA. However, what you can do is add these field on workflow transition and set condition on workflow so that these two users can only execute the transition. Although you can achieve editing of these field through workflow while fields will be visible to all users.
