I've just set up a new project in work management and added a new issue type that we'll need. However, I noticed that there isn't a "relates" to field where you can link to other tickets.
We will want to link back to ticket requests in a different service deck - how can I surface this functionality?
Not out of the box, and I don't know of any plugin that would do what you want. The underlying code determines how it is displayed. They didn't build in a configuration option for it.
