Copy ALL JIRA Cloud "Next Gen" Custom field values into labels field for ALL individual JIRA issues

We are in process of migrating from "Next Gen" Projects to classic project in JIRA cloud. This is being done because want to migrate to Data Centre and cannot have any "Next Gen" Projects in existance for this to be under taken. Currently if we were to just move the "next Gen" project to "Classic" project all of the custom fields that have been set up are lost. We would like to retain this information and rather than a heavy manual data entry task it has been deemed acceptable if we could convert those custom fields into the single native labels field.

Is this possible or is there a better way to retain this information?

It appears there was a session limit by default within IIS7 which was set to 30,000,000 bytes. We ameneded this so that we could upload files up to 100mb in size and it now works fine.

Thanks all for the help.

Hey Adam,

if you are behind a proxy you should configure the max allowed size of attachments.

Cheers

No, we're sitting inside the same network firewall as the instance.

Hi Adam

After making the change in the attachment size as set in this documentation:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configuring+Attachment+Size

You need to restart your instance to make the changes replicate.

Cheers,

Ricardo Carracedo.

Hello Ricardo,

I just restarted the instance, it made no difference. :(

Thanks for trying.

Adam
