How to add ageing column based on the ticket statuses for the below requirement.
Do we need to use scripts creating two new fields ; Created to Closed & Created to Ready to Test
Defect ageing column
a.)Defect created to closed
b.)Defect created to status Ready to Test

As you are on Cloud, you can't. Cloud only supports internal and google accounts (for now), and for SSO, you'd need to connect your external directory.
