Project does nt exist

Hi Guys, 

 i am trying to add the Clockify app to my Jira . and i am facing couple of issue. i did installed the addon successfully and the Clockify window is available on issues , But is showing like "Project does not exist"

Any idea why it is showing like this ? , Thanks in advance

My guess is that this is a permissions issue. I'm not exactly familiar with Clockify but assume that it must be given permission to browse projects. Have you reviewed the documentation for this application?

Thanks for the reply  ,  Yes , i did went through the Clockify documentation , didn't find anything related to permission in JIRA, How can we provide access to an addon to a project??
