Problems with Jira Cloud

Hello guys, I have a question, is there any posibility of creating a link in Synchronizer between HP ALM and Jira Cloud? If there is, hows that posible. Im trying to create a link but everytime I try Synchronizer says theres something wrong. I have checked all the users, passwords and urls and everything is perfect. I thought it was not possible to create the link but as far as I have read, it is, but i have not found any tutorial or help about it.

I need some help.
