Hi!
As needed: I have a transition screen set up where the user selects an attachment from a task in a comment. Next, the post function sends an email. And the selected attachment should be displayed in the email.
How can this be done? Now, if I try to do this in this way, only the name of the file is displayed, but it is not loaded into the letter.
Relevant for both Jira and Service Desk. Server.
We support attachments in emails in Notification Assistant for Jira and you can configure this to be sent from a post-function: https://atlasauthority.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NAFJ/pages/1592033451/Send+Email+from+Post+Function
