Offset custom date fields

I have several custom date fields. Can I fill in the first date and then get the others to automatically populate 5 months, 3 years and 5 years from the date I entered?

So if I set Date 1 to 22 Sep 2019, I want Date 2 to automatically set to 22 Feb 2020, Date 3 to be 22 Sep 2022 and Date 4 to be 22 Sep 2024.

You will have to go for a scripted field.

The solution will be to use the add-on scriptrunner or power script.
