Not able to find issues in my project after csv import in jira. Although the log report says issues successfully imported

Try a simple search for "created > -10m" to begin with.  In case they're not in the project you expect,

It is also not helping as it shows no issue created. Even if I do created>-1d that also doesnt give result. Further as per success report, if I search by id=200 also I am not getting any result.

Ok, that's pretty clear - I don't think you have the permissions to see the newly imported issues.

If jira admin will import issue then it is required any permission?

If yes then how can I change the permissions.

It sounds like the account you are using does not have permission to see the issues.  (Admin rights = admin rights, not "can see/do anything")

Check the project permissions.
