Try a simple search for "created > -10m" to begin with. In case they're not in the project you expect,
It is also not helping as it shows no issue created. Even if I do created>-1d that also doesnt give result. Further as per success report, if I search by id=200 also I am not getting any result.

If jira admin will import issue then it is required any permission?

It sounds like the account you are using does not have permission to see the issues. (Admin rights = admin rights, not "can see/do anything")
