Not Allowed to Create a Project Based on Another

Our subscription to Jira Core and Confluence is a paid plan. But when I go to create a project and to check the box to base the project on an existing project's settings, the option is not available and the tooltip says it is not available on a free plan and I can upgrade for that functionality - but my plan IS a paid plan.

Hi @John Horst ,

You should go to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/ and raise a support ticket for that. The Atlassian support team will definitely give you the solution.
